CW2020
Don't know what I'm missing here... diving into rendering again after a hiatus. Attached I have two columns. One is visible solid/brown (per texture assignment) and is on None class. The second was on None class until I changed it to Demo class (Use at Creation is not selected). The column is no longer visbily solid/brown (no texture). If I change the Demo class textures setting to Use at Creation and select the brown texture it corrects itself. But I don't want to set an entire class attribute to remedy an isolated issue. The render tab on the Object Info Pallette does have this brown texture selected, btw. Andy Broomell
Hmm, seems to be a bug. Typically if an object is set to Solid Fill it shouldn't matter what the Class setting is, since you're setting the fill per-object rather than By-Class. However, it seems as though the Column Plug-In Object specifically is misbehaving. Perhaps report it here? https://www.vectorworks.net/support/bugsubmit Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Luis M Ruiz Posted August 15, 2022 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted August 15, 2022 I opened the file. I do not think this is a bug. The demo class is set to have no fill. That is why the object appears hollow. Quote Link to comment
