ron
How do I get door glazing to be clear? I don't see an obvious class to change in the door settings. Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
Go into the SETTINGS, then to the PARTS tab. In the lower scroll down list called "special classes", set BOTH the interior panel AND exterior panel to either "clear" or set them to a "style#". HTH's ;-) Quote Link to comment
Bea Greaves
In my 'settings', in 'parts', I don't have a list called 'special classes'. Is this because I have Landmark rather than Architect? If so how do I get clear glazing? Thanks Bea Mac G4 OS 10.3 VW12.0.1 Quote Link to comment
ron
The "special classes" settings are actually located under SETTINGS on the VIEW tab, not the PARTS tab as noted above. Quote Link to comment

Kevin
These suggestions do work. But why is there a Glass option for a door leaf under the parts tab? I can choose solid or glass. But the glass option does not seem to do much of anything. Quote Link to comment
Don@Black Dog
I have no "clear" option, only none or styles. Am I missing something? thx Quote Link to comment
Abacus
Kevin, Choosing the Leaf Type: "Glass" gives you Muntin options. These setting can be replicated using the "Panel" option but it takes more work. Don, I don't think there is a "Clear" option in the door settings. Use a Glazing class (Style-Glazing-1). Edit this class so that its fill attribute is set to solid and its texture (Other tab) is set to your desired glass texture. Or For clear glass edit this class so that its fill attribute is set to "None" or set this class to invisible. Gene Quote Link to comment
