Huge Temp File Creations

When I am working on a file for approx. 2 hours VW is growing huge files in my temp folder to the point that it wipes out my entire drive and can no longer save. 

 

Screen shot below, It has been happening multiple times on multiple files and once I close out of VW the files stays, I have watched the drive as I have had VW open and watch the space reduce in live time.  The longer I am working the more space it takes up. 

 

I only found out it was VW because as I was trying to delete the file it comes up with the error that it is in use with VW and as soon as I close out the program I can delete it.

The problem seem to went away for a bit and is now back, adding over a gig a minute while VW is open and eventually filling up the hard drive and making impossible to save file. Any help would be appreciated.

I have the exact same issue. 400 GB of data produced every few hours. I have a big computer but still it is anoying. The file I am working on is 300MB so wtf?? Is it because my file is geolocalised? I never had this issue before.
