Worksheet Formula field disapears

Hi
I have a problem with my worksheets, where my formula field disapears, and I don't know how to get it back. Is there anyone who can help me?

This have not been a problem before, but now after I updated to 2022 I can't get the field back.  It makes it difficult to update and/or check the formulas in the worksheet.

I'm sure you already have, but restarted VW and restarted the computer?

If there is a setting to switch between the Quadro graphics card and any built in (low power) graphics, is it set to use the Quadro for VW?

Yes I have tried to restart the PC and it didn't have any effect.

And yes the graphics should be correct set up according tto Vectorworks. 

However I have just discovered  by happy accident: If I use the auto hide and colapse the worksheet, or drag in any of the corners of the worksheet, it will solve the problem. 

Could this be a bug in the programe?

It is possible it is a bug, but a rare one as I have not heard of anyone else seeing this issue.

 

More likely an incompatibility of some sort between VW and something else running on your computer. We have seen a lot of issues with graphics card "support" software causing problems with VW. Usually "blacklisting" VW so that extra software ignores VW seems to solve the problem.

Our IT department have checked the graphics and they should have the correct setup for the program to work in the best possible way. 
However Ill let them know about this. 

 

The good new is that this issue is solved in the new Vectorworks 2023. 😄
