Martin Sceptron Fixtures source glow

Hi All,

 

new to Vector works, I have a bunch on Sceptron fixtures on truss uprights and for the render i want the diffsued light source to glow, i can activate the beam of the light but i need it to glow like a neon tube, is there an easy way to make this happen??

I have not tried this, but if you can make the lens a lens object you can set the lens to pick up the color from the color filed in the OIP through the Document Spotlight preference. You need to have a class for the lens and a glow texture that uses the object attribute.

Sounds tricky as I'm new to Spotlight, The Fixture is an object so i will have to edit that and isolate the lens part and assign the glow texture correct?

 

Can you do a bullet step by step for me by any chance? 🙂
