Thickness of slab not editable

Hi, 

 

I would like to edit the thickness of the slab so that the slab is a volume instead of a surface. However it is not possible for me to edit the thickness and border thickness on the right hand side (marked in red). Grateful if anyone could help. Thanks a lot!

are you using a Styled Hardscape?

 

if so, try editing the style of the hardscape, or convert the hardscape to unstyled

Hi Johnathan,

 

I am using unstyled and you can see all the slabs I created are floating and doesn't have any thickness to it. I tried editing it in 'Hardscape settings' or simply under 'Draw 3D -> Thickness or Border thickness'. But whenever I tried typing a value in, say like 300, it changes back to 0 automatically. And it doesn't allow me to click on 'Main Area Components or Border components' tab.
