Can I apply sketch style to a viewport without affecting associated annotations?

Hi, I am wondering if I can have the sketch look in a viewport but have all annotations & drawing labels as standard straight style in the mean time? Thank you.

Do you have the annotations and labels on the design layer or within the viewport?

One way to make sure that the viewport style (i.e. Sketch in this case) will not affect them is to put the annotations etc. on the presentation layer itself, i.e. on top of the viewport.
