Angle between 2 normal vector

Recommended Posts

Use the Analysis Tool in the second mode to generate a Normal Curve for each Plane. Then connect the two resultant curves and use the angle dimension tool.

I think that the angle you are looking for is currently 49.61°

Tried the same and gave me 40,39º, sure I did something wrong. 😄

I think

40.39° is correct for normal to ground plane - ie to plan projection of the normal.

49.61° is correct for normal to normal (parallel to z axis).

Also, that marionette network crashes my vwx if I name the normal and run the marionette:

•Create normal to inclined surface via Analysis Tool

•Name the object via OIP>Name field>key in Test1

•Marionette Name node> Name field> key in Test1

•Run
