Paul N
Hi, We are designing a site and want to give the client two different options. I was able to create a Sheet and and View port associated with that Sheet number for option 1. I duplicated the sheet number option 1 and created a whole new sheet option 2. This way I can keep the existing viewport and position of the plan. However, how do I turn on and off my classes so I can show the option 2 design. Does this question make sense? Is this the right way to go about it? I attached a screenshot of the plan. You can see there are two tennis courts. Quote Link to comment
Jeff Prince
1. Use separate design layers, not classes, for the options. 2. click on the viewport, and change the layer visibilities accordingly. fast and easy. 1 Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
With the viewport selected you will see a Layers... button and a Classes... button in the Object Info Palette (OIP). Click the button and a dialog box that will let you set the Layer or Class visibilities and overrides for the viewport. 1 Quote Link to comment
