Drawing Stamp customise default text options in Titleblock

Hi,

 

Having created a position the forum asking how to change the default text options in the Drawing stamp, I've been told that these are set in the code of VW and not in a changeable file.

 

I came then to suggest this change, if possible to be something like the Space tool has with the generic names used that come from a simple .TXT file in the library folder.

To add on here, is a drawing stamp the best way to filter sheet layers for drawing sets ??

We want an easy way to develop sets of drawings for various use - Site Permit, Pool Permit, Fence Permit as the municipality requires separate permits for various improvements and we want to reuse sheet numbers within the sheet layers - 

If there is another way to do this, it would be great to see -
