starretj Posted November 8, 2005 Share Posted November 8, 2005 I am just learning Vectorworks Architect and would appreciate some help. I am creating a very simple house as I learn this software and when I use the Create Roof command I get a roof in all of my model layers. In the pop up window for creating a roof, I type in that I want the roof created in my layer for modeling the roof (Mod-Roof), yet I get a roof in all of my model layers. Thank-you for your help. Mat Caird Posted November 8, 2005 Share Posted November 8, 2005 it's just that you have organise|layer options set to 'show others'. The roof is on the mod-roof layer that you specified, except you can see see other layers at the same time. Quote Link to comment
