Label Legend

I am using version 2022. In the past, I have been able to edit where various label legend fields are located individually without having to use the Label Legend Manager. For some reason, I no longer seem to be able to do that. Is this no longer a feature or am I missing something?

I'm on 2022, and that feature is still available for me, so it must be some other issue.

 

It works the same as it always has, choose a label legend for a fixture in the OIP. Select the fixture on a design layer. Hover over one of the field grab points, wait for the diagonal arrow pointer change, click to grab it, move to where you want it, click again to drop it there.

 

I had no problems on both an older startup file passed through the years, and a blank 2022 start.

Do make sure that you have your Interactive Scaling mode set properly.  You want to be in either the second or third setting, not the one with the "no" symbol.  That first option (disabled) will turn off all edit handles, including the ones for label legends.

Thank you. It was the Interactive Scaling. Weird that all of a sudden that was disabled.

That is in the first Mode Group.  An accidental press on the U key will change the mode.

 

U, I, O, P, [ on the American keyboard are mapped to each of the "mode groups" in the default workspaces.
