Rotated top/plan view shortcut

Hi,

Is it possible to assign a shortcut to the "rotated top / plan" option in the view menu?

This option only appears if you rotate the plan view.

I know there are a few workarounds if you use saved views etc, but this would not solve this for me.

 

My use for this would be if I'm working in different views rotated, and switching back and forth between top view and front view..

I don't think you can do that.

 

As soon as you switch to a different view, the Rotated Plan option goes away.

 

Saved Views or the Previous View buttons are probably your best options.

That's a general problem with VW. Workflows could be much quicker if all tools and menue items together with their respective options could be activatetd via shortcode.

Vectorworks has great options for adapting workspaces, but several tools and menue options are simply missing there, it looks like programming the workspace adaption possibilities has stopped at a point where things got too complicated.
