Fabio Martucci Posted February 9, 2022 Share Posted February 9, 2022 Hi All! I'm working on a project in which I am creating a 3D Model from a DWG of a Pavillion of the FAIR of Milano. At the moment I am blocked because I can't find the right way to reproduce the Window/Door of that used the Door Tool. I have tried starting from "Barn Door 2 Leaf Bi-Parting w Box Rail" and modified it without a good result. Have someone an idea as to how can I realize it, starting from a parametric object? Pat Stanford Posted February 9, 2022 Share Posted February 9, 2022 Model the door the way you want it and make it a Symbol. Put a Door in the wall and use the Use Symbol Geometry to pull what you have modeled. That will be much easier than fighting with the Door object to try and make something more complicated than it was designed to do. Quote Link to comment
