John Windswept Design
Is there a way to change the color of a texture (ie siding) I tried but couldn't find an option to do it. John T Quote Link to comment
Delmer
If you click on the OIP arrow just to the right of the texture name another pallete will come up. Different textures will have different color options, some will have none. Quote Link to comment
John Windswept Design
Where would I find this arrow and name? I the resource browser? Quote Link to comment
Delmer
With an object selected, click the Render tab of the Object Information Pallete (OIP). They're close to the top. Quote Link to comment
John Windswept Design
Great thanks. One more question. If I wanted to change the image its self where would I find it? Quote Link to comment
Delmer
Ah, if it is a jpg or other image you have imported then its obvious. The textures provided with VW cannot however be extracted -at least that I know. I've seen this asked before but don't recall anyone having the answer. If its important enough you can add texture to a polygon, render and capture or export to an image file to edit and bring back. Pretty roundabout. Quote Link to comment
John Windswept Design
But say I want to go to the actual image and change it in photoshop. Where would I find that image(ie:brown siding) Quote Link to comment
