J. Wallace
Hello everyone. I have an issue with the graphics on a site model I'm working on. In the attached video you can see that when I change the viewing angle of the model I lose large portions of the model from my view. I recall this occurring to me before with another file, I'm just trying to sort out the cause. Thanks in advance for your feedback. Edit. If I change the view plan from Orthogonal to normal perspective the issue disappears. Any ideas as to why that would be? video1790904791.mp4 Edited January 26, 2022 by J. Pat Stanford
Any chance this could be the object far from origin problem? Select All and Fit to Objects. If you end up zoomed way out then there is an object at one or more of the corners. Do this in both a Top and a Front view in case the movement is in the Z direction. 3 Quote Link to comment
J. Wallace
@Pat Stanford bullseye...You are quite right, thanks for that. The site model and 99% of my work are georeferenced, I now see three section maps which are near the orgin. I assume if I move these closer to the rest of the files contents that it should behave better? I recall a VW webinar when they spoke about user orgin and internal orgin...I guess I'll have to look for that. Thanks again Pat. 1 Quote Link to comment
