pallets do not show up

pallets did not show up on the screen. Why not? where are they? They are checked in the WINDOWS ---PALLETS list, but don't show up on screen.  How do I get pallets to show on screen?

Try restarting Vectorworks first, then if that does not work your palettes are probably hidden behind something. I had a missing palette that I found hiding on my other display.

Another possibility is that they are outside of the size of the monitor. If you have multiple monitors you might be able to unplug one and that should force them all to the other monitor.

 

Or change the monitor resolution to something small like 1040x680. VW and the OS should move everything so it will display in that very small window. Set the resolution back to normal and they should all remain in the visible area.
