Victor S
Hi Guys, I was wondering if some of you are happy to share your project elevations and settings and/or project file? I have attached my elevation, however I am very keen to hear from you as I am somewhat unhappy with my results. Thank you Elevation.pdf Quote Link to comment
Popular Post Ross Harris
I put a heliodon (sun) on the layer that will be in the viewport (usually floor or a site layer) for some shading and use custom Renderworks for background render set to high in the render options (not the OIP). I'll sometimes use hidden line in the foreground render options - depends what I'm going for. Elevation sheet layer dpi to 200 or 300. It took me lots of experimenting to work out a style that replicated what I used to output in revit, but what I doing now is considerably better I think! When experimenting with render settings always save before hand so if you end up committing accidentally (start with low quality settings!) to something that will take way too long you can force quit VW if you can't stop the render. Happy experimenting! 5 2 Quote Link to comment
Christiaan
Noice drawings! What's that font you're using? Quote Link to comment
Ross Harris
Cheers 🙂 I've noticed it looks subtly better switching to Redshift - and renders a bit quicker too. The font is called DINCond I found after a hunt for a decent free condensed DIN font. I used the Barlow condensed google font for a while too - that looks very similar. 2 Quote Link to comment
