My license expired in November and I updated my account with a different proof of enrollment and my license never updated or renewed. Did I miss something or submit to the wrong location? Blake TD Posted March 5, 2022 Share Posted March 5, 2022 I'm getting a request extension notice. It seems like the time period has gotten shorter, as this happened last year as well. I updated our license in September, but am getting a request about 6 months later. It used to be a year. Do I need to provide proof every 6 months?
