Hello, we have encountered an issue in Vector Works 2021, we get the GPU error "there is an issue with the graphics card/The graphics card is wrongly configured or does not match the minimum system requirements."
The machine has dual GPU, Intel UHD and Geforce RTX 3080 Laptop GPU with i9-11900H Cpu and 64GB RAM.
Model: MSI GS66 Stealth
We have set the RTX card to be used, in NVidia Controll panel, Configure Surround, PhysX and the other option, i dont recall what its called right now, anyways, none of these removes the error message.
When starting the program i can see that it uses the right GPU, but when loading a bit, that goes away.
I was wondering if VectorWorks might be looking for the "wrong" specs of the GPU as the laptop one is about 20-30% weaker than the non Laptop one is.
i am also waiting for feedback to if the program now works, or not but i will not recieve that untill tomoroww.
