Seena Hassouna
Hi, so I have a custom sheet (Sheet ARCH-D) made that is recognized by the issue manager. I have alreay run "create standard Viewports" etc and it placed the border on each sheet layer. I noticed that some of the fonts were too big. I went into the MCD file and changed the size but I cant get the sheets in my file to update. Is ther a trick to this? Thanks, Seena Quote Link to comment
Mat Caird
try this 1 open the file with the custome sheet select the custom sheet edit | copy swith to the file you wish to update edit | paste a dialogue should ask something like "replace or use existing symbol" choose replace you would expect it to update at this stage but it doesn't - you need to rebuild the PIO, so go to organsise | scripts | vectorscrip plug in editor then click done. This redraws/rebuilds all the pios in the active drawing, including you custom sheet. Note: there may be a quicker way than this...and I haven't tested whether it works or not. Seena Hassouna
Thanks Mat, I ended up doing something similar I think. afterI went into the MCD, I edited the symbol that was already in the file. I actually did more editing to the symbol already in the file and It actually seemed to edit the MCD file that way. My initial assumption was that I would have to start at the MCD file but this doesn't seem to be the case. Thanks for your help. Seena Quote Link to comment
