Cannot download the English Version

Hi everyone. I am a student trying to get a yearly license for Vectorworks.

After I update my details, the website takes me to the final page to download the software giving me the option for 2 version. Both versions in Portuguese. 
When I go back and try to change the country that I currently live which is the UK, the option doesn't allow me to change for the UK. 

I created 2 accounts (one personal email, other student email) in one of them I rectified the mistake and put Language - English; Country - United Kingdom and again, when I get to the download page they only give me the Portuguese versions. Different accounts but it seems that it associates both of them. 

Getting so frustrated with this.

@Gio I managed to move your account to the UK so you can download the English version. Finish your registration using the @cssd.ac.uk email. And then request the version of Vectorworks that you need. If you still have problems, feel free to reach out to uktech@vectorwoks.net
