Marionette database (Record)

How can you use Marionette to read a database from another vwx document into the current document? The problem is that databases that I have integrated into menu commands and linked to them cannot otherwise be accessed.

 

 

Wie kann man mit Marionette eine Datenbank aus einem anderen vwx Dokument in das aktuelle Dokument einlesen. Problem ist, dass auf Datenbanken, welche ich in Menübefehle integriert ind damit verknüpft habe sonst nicht zugreifen kann.

Eine mögliche Lösung wäre es die Datenbank als Zubehör zu referenzieren

Damit sollte die dann im aktuellen Dokument vorhanden und "ansprechbar" sein

ich habe es ausprbiert, aber es ist noch nicht die Lösung, da ich trotzdem in jedem neuen Dokument die Datenbank erst referenzieren muss. Ich suche aber eine Möglichkeit eine Datenbank oder auch Klassen direkt mit Marionette aus dem Quelldokument beim Ausführen des Menübefehls zu importieren. Als Quelldokument würde ich dann die Marionette Command Libary angeben, da das Zubehör beim Anlegen des Menübefehls dort angelegt wird.

 

I've tried it out, but it's not the solution yet, because I still have to reference the database in every new document. But I am looking for a way to import a database or classes directly with a puppet from the source document when executing the menu command. I would then specify the puppet Command Library as the source document, since the accessories are created there when the menu command is created.

und wie wäre es statt der Vectorworks Datenbank z.B. eine externe Exceltabelle ( oder CSV) als gemeinsame "Quelle" zu nehmen. 

Dafür gibt es Beispiele im Forum...

 

And how about using e.g. an external Excelsheet (or CSV) as a common "source" instead of the Vectorworks database.
There are examples of this in the forum ...
