jagged curves on sheets, document prefs, resolution high

hi folks, so yeah i don't know why im getting these jagged curves on my sheet, you can see the options i have chosen (are they the wrong ones?)

I think you need to go to your Vectorworks Preferences, and under the EDIT tab and see what your 2d Conversion resolution is at.  I keep mine at HIGH.  There is also 3d conversion resolution in the 3D tab of preferences.  This is also set to HIGH on my system.  If these are set to low, this might be causing the issue. Not 100% sure on this, but try it out.

And if it's a Section Viewport (can't tell from the screenshot), there's a separate "3D Conversion Resolution" dropdown found by clicking the Advanced Properties button in the viewport's OIP and going to the Display tab.

this was the solution, thank you very much, is there a way to set that as default do you know?

I believe if you make a new Section Viewport with your preferred settings, all future Section Viewports you create will use those same settings upon creation. (Not sure if this applies across files or if it's only in the current file).
