Can't commit Administrative release design layer

Hi, 

I've problems with releasing layers using worksharing. It happens when the file crashes. Usually we use "save and commit" followed by "close and release", this obviously doesn't occur when the program crashes. 

 

Administrative release doesn't work even though we are administrative users.

Ïs there any way to force release of locked layers?

We've managed to solve the issue by custom release. The custom release function works when you choose an owner to release layers from. 

 

Tools--> Custom relase--> choose owner and the persone you want to release the locked layers from
