Title Block to all sheets

Hello I'm a very new user. Is there a method to add title block to all sheets? I'm working VW Fundamentals

 

I did search and 'Duplicate to Layer' was suggested. I don't see this option on Fundamentals. 

 

I've tried copy, paste in place the existing title block form cover sheet to other sheets.

 

It comes in double the size for some reason and doesn't paste to place where existing block is on cover sheet.

I didn't know about that command. Good to know! I wish it could be applied to other objects too.

 

It looks like it is a right click context menu item when you have a title block selected. VW help doesn't say it is exclusive to designer series versions of VW.
