Dominic H.
I was wondering if anyone has had this problem, and could maybe suggest a solution? The default font that we use for our text is "BELL GOTHIC BOLD". However, whenever I select and edit a text object it converts into "BELL GOTHIC LIGHT". Once I have finished editing my text, I then have to go back and manually change the font back to the BOLD. Any ideas/solutions would be much appreciated! hong
Yes. we are having the same problem in our office which uses 'universal'. The answer so far I got from tech is that our font is postscript font not a true type font. We did convert our font to true type but haven't had a chance to test it. If you do, let me know. Guest
Dominic, You are using a font that is not fully supported under OS 10 - most likely an Adobe MMX font. You'll need to purchase the OS 10 version of the font from Adobe. If you do have a compatible OS 10 font, the font suitcase is most likely corrupt or missing necessary components.
