Hi @Gunther

The crash is back! resizing the window force Vectorworks to close by himself.

I already turn off all start apps. nothing change.

I suspect the Nivia driver_

RTX / Quadro desktop and notebook driver 495

version 496.49 release date 10/26/2021

Let me know..

The driver update could be suspect, though odd you would be crashing in the same manner of resizing the windows.   You should be able to roll back the driver, to see if it makes a difference?

We now have a Knowledge Base article on the subject.  It may be necessary to uninstall the applications causing the conflict vs. disabling the application.

Hi @Gunther

I am still in the weed with the resizing windows.

My Vectorworks 2021 works perfectly but the 2022 crash.

I was suspected the graphic card driver. but even with an older version still crashing.

All my start apps or off and I didn't find any .x64.dll who can justified the crash.  i am not an IT, so my ability to resolving this issue is limited.

Could you redirect me to a service for a remote session to find what is going on with the set up?

Thank you,

I have downloaded Vectorworks 2022, however, while I only just began using the program it kept shutting down midway through work.

I don't quite understand why this is happening since I have bought a new PC 2 weeks ago.

NAME OF PC: HP OMEN LAPTOP

Device Name: LAPTOP-9EQ3UF07

Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 5800H with Radeon Graphics  3.20 GHz

Installed RAM: 16.0 GB (15.3 GB usable)

Could someone please help me understand why this is happening?

All my updates are up to date as well.
