frozenwaffles
Hi VW peeps, does anyone know why pipe-and-drape still draws these drapes that magically penetrate the poles, both horizontally and vertically!?!?!? It's so annoying to get these silver uprights in your drape renders. Clients ask...'we aren't going to see the drape poles like this are we?' and as much as I feel like saying 'no dickhead', their question is perfectly acceptable because the visualisation shows the drape poles!!! Andy Broomell
In VW2022 you can set the color/texture of the hardware, so if you set the uprights to match the drapes they'll blend in. 1 Quote Link to comment

Kevin Allen
The vertical pipes and hardware can be classed. The hardware is likely wanted for plans and for inventory, not for renderings. Just turn them off, or use the option for similar in the OIP. One look might be desired in plans for the crew, another, without hardware might be wanted to show clients. The tool offers flexibility. If you turn off the poles via Classes you end up with gaps where the poles were. Quote Link to comment

I have to check, but I think you can close that gap in the tool settings. It is also possible to class the poles with the same texture as the drape. Quote Link to comment
