Nat
Hello, I am about to make a fabric canopy - some fabric draped over some beams, no elaborate swags. I have never done fabric before and a bit lost about where to start! Any tips would be greatly appreciated!! Thanks! Quote Link to comment
matto
One way that comes to mind. looking at the model in elevation, draw a curves for the fabric drapping between the beams. you should be able to extrude this to make the canopy. if you have renderworks and image tranperancy should give the canopy that filtered light look. Guest
You may want to use a nurbs surface and push and pull the vertices to match the canopy you want. Quote Link to comment
