rain gutter, downpipe, doors

Hi,

 

we work with Vectorworks in Belgium. Belgium has his own window configuration and others but the rain gutter, downpipe and inside doors are still your configurations.

What we don't like is the automatically class configurations with this options.

Is it possible to configurate on our own the class where the rain gutter etc. goes in?

Can you manually set this top and save in a template file? I don't fully understand what you want, but...

And yes, the auto-classing is disturbing as I also have a completely different

Layer/Class standard (everthing uppercase BTW)

From time to time I always delete these VW generated Classes and reassign

Objects to my own Classes. But that is quite risky for File reliabilty and will

not work for some special hardcoded legacy linking anyway ....

I don't think we have them in the US.  I think I remember @zoomer that you are in Germany or Switzerland but using the US version?  Maybe it's a Benelux localization.

 

I had the same reaction.  I'm ready to move to Belgium if they have a gutter and downpipe tool.  AND better doors???

 

Until then I use an Italian gutter and drainpipe tool.
