lsid Posted January 23, 2004 Share Posted January 23, 2004 i was working on the master file and workgroup ref the layers to the elev and section files yesterday. there were many crashes ( the unexpectedly quite because of error type 2) about 4 times and restarted each crash. i saved it to the server and back-up. this morning, i opened the section file and it showed messages saying it cannot find the layers from the master file. i close the section file and opened master file and the message said the file is damaged and will opened as much as data as possible and followed by the 'unexpectedly quit ...error type 2' message. the master file is about 6 mb. i tried the clt-D for a recover master file and still the same 'damage file' message appear. can anyone tell me what is happening? macosx/vw10.5 Quote Link to comment
