mark becker
I just purchased a HP designjet 120nr and have found the quality of the printing extremely disappointing. Any suggestions? Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Robert Anderson Posted December 7, 2003 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted December 7, 2003 Mark, you don't mention which OS you are using. Look at the VectorWorks options in Print and Print Setup. Make sure the printer resolutions are correct. What exactly is causing you problems? Line weight? Jaggies on curved lines? Daniel Betteridge
I have purchased a 120 and have found that with the res set to 300 dpi and in best mode (printing on ISCA plain paper) the plans come out sharp and accurate (on OSX 10.2.6), I haven't tried it at other resolutions but I have noticed that when set to normal mode the print is jagged (I use Vectorworks for designing film sets) Quote Link to comment
