Scott Reynolds Posted November 26, 2003 Share Posted November 26, 2003 I have just converted to VW 10.5 from Minicad 7. I am learning to use the framing tools. When I try to do wall framing I get the message "No walls framed. All the walls on the selected layers exist in classes that have not been selected for framing." The walls are in the class "Wall - Ext - Frame", the default. No clue from the manual. Is there a special class for objects to be framed? Can I change that? Scott Quote Link to comment

The word class didn't register. From the dialog box layout I assumed that it was for saving the options selected as a type of wall framing, eg 2x6x10' @24" OC with horiz sheathing, 2x4x8' @16"OC w/o fire blocking, etc. Scott Quote Link to comment
