Light Cones Displaying in Viewport

Hey Team,

 

It may be a bug, it may be something that I don't quite understand. On one layer I have these squares. On another layer I have lights hanging on a truss. My viewport has only the layer with the squares turned on, hence why you're not seeing the physical lights. But the light cones created by the lights (Despite the lights being turned off) are displaying in the viewport. Of course they are not printing or moving on to the PDF export, but my question is to why they are showing up in a viewport with their layer turned off, and they don't have a class as they're created by the PIO.
