Vectorworks Freezes When Trying to Export to Older Version

Hello,

 

This is my first post here. I'm very new to VW. I have a file created in VW 2021, I have tried to export it to the VW 2020 version but Vectorworks freezes every time.

 

I already tried purging the file but that didn't work. 

 

I appreciate any help.
