Jim Smith
I only use the parking space tool about 1 or 2 times a year & don't see a way to add all the different parking space tools together on a worksheet/database or perforated report. Any tips? Quote Link to comment
michaelk
🙂. This issue (although not with parking spaces) has been eating up my free brain cycles for the last couple weeks. The answer may depend on wether you are still running 2019. You can combine them directly into a worksheet with IF/THEN/ELSE statements. But that causes them to become uneditable. You could use worksheet scripts. I always have to sit quietly for a moment to remind myself exactly how they work and what the limitations are, but I suspect that something could be done. If you are running 2020 or 2021 you could map the data from the various parking space tools to an uber record format and call that to a schedule. This is quickly becoming my favorite new thing. Give me a day and I should able to put together an example 🙂 Quote Link to comment

Jim Smith
@michaelk @bcd Thanks! I'm going to try this out & book-mark the info so when I need it again in 4-6 months I'll be able to use it. Quote Link to comment
michaelk
There are 3 parking space tools I'm aware of. Are there more than that? Quote Link to comment
bcd
I think it's just 3 - there may be some legacy tool. You'll also need this for other scenarios ='Parking Along Path'.'Num Spaces' and =COUNT('Parking Spaces'.'No Handicap Spaces') Edited June 10, 2021 by bcd Quote Link to comment
techdef
Nice, thanks for this. Now we need a tag for Compact Spaces... Quote Link to comment
