Simon Allan
Hi All, Does anyone else get a hard crash when telling a fixture to use GDTF geometry and then trying to move a fixture? I tried a couple of different GDTF files and VW symbols but I get the same results. I also used the Robe T1 which I would assume to be a good example. I am using VW2021 SP3.1 on windows 10. Any help appreciated. Thanks Quote Link to comment

Vectorworks, Inc Employee TomWhiteLight Posted June 8, 2021 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted June 8, 2021 I used the T1 profile and don't seem to be having issues. the model seems to be fairly efficient and low poly count. You might have to DM me the file. Quote Link to comment
Simon Allan
Hi Tom, Only using 1 fixture. File attached along with screen shot. GDTF Crash_Rev01.vwx Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee TomWhiteLight Posted June 11, 2021 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted June 11, 2021 Thanks Simon, I cannot replicate your fault. Jus tried this workflow by moving 100 duplicates of your fixture in both top plan and 3d views.... Would you mind trying a user folder repair and a reset plugins command? Quote Link to comment
Simon Allan
Hi Tom, I deleted the user folder and that seemed to fix it. FYI, I did not reset the plugins. Thanks for your help on this. Quote Link to comment
