P Retondo
The data record for a door should work so that when you enter data in one field, pressing "Enter" will take you to the next field and make the text entry region active. It doesn't. One has to use the mouse or a complex set of tabs and arrow keys to navigate to the next field. This should be fixed so that data entry is not such a pain. Also, pressing "Escape" does not change focus back to the drawing space when in the Data tab of the OIP. Doors created from "Door" tool, VWA 10.1, Win2000. Quote Link to comment
jfmarch
I have noticd this glitch too. But the solution for us in the Mac world is to use the 'Enter' key on the powerbook. The 'Return" key sends you off into the record format window. The 'Tab' key jumbs you from window to window. The Enter key, though, works great. Quote Link to comment
P Retondo
Jim, for some reason the "Enter" key works differently on a PC. Quote Link to comment
