VW-Viewport can't change layer order (screenshot provided)

Hi all,

 

Usually I can change the layer order for each viewport. (see the screenshot)

 

 

 

But for some viewports I cannot even see the button/icon to do that.(see the screenshot)

 

 

 

How can I fix this?

What is different between the two Viewports? Is Viewport-188 a regular viewport and the other a Section Viewport or a Design Layer Viewport or something?

Hi Pat, thanks for the quick reply. Yes the one I can't change the order is a perspective/ISO viewport.

If the Viewport is on a design layer, then I am pretty sure you can't re-order the layers.

I just did a quick test. 

 

You can change the layer stacking in regular viewports either on Sheet Layers or Design Layers.

 

You can not change the layer stacking in Section or Horizontal Section viewports.

 

I did not try interior elevation viewports or detail viewports.

 

I could not find a link between ISO/Perspective and Layer stacking, only Section.
