Inkmoth
Hello! I'm messing around trying to create something that looks like a low poly boulder. I've done this with the 3D poly tool and some loci, just free handing a shape I like. Say, for some foolish reason (art), I want to build this in real life. I want to give all the surfaces the material thickness, work out/create the intersecting edge angles and finally separate the surfaces so I can create a net/individual faces. I can use push/pull to give thickness, but then what do I do? Can I give thickness to all the faces at the same time? Is there a 'disassemble' command? Should I just stick to theatre stages & spotlight? How am I best to proceed from here, or have I started out on the wrong foot entirely?? Thanks! Edited May 19, 2021 by Inkmoth Quote Link to comment
