Vectorworks 2020 Not Responding and Lagging

Lately, Vectorworks has been extremely slow and lagging for me. I tried reinstalling several times and it's still being slow. I'm working on a show and my design package is due in 2 weeks and drafting is taking me 3x the amount of time it would usually take me because of how slow it's running. 

 

My computer is a Lenovo Yoga and it runs Windows 10. It's very fast, and so was Vectorworks up until I renewed my student license. I'm just not sure what to do now...

Shooting blind here but two things to check.

 

1. If the computer has 2 graphics cards (normally something like Dedicated and Intel Built In), make sure that VW is set to run on the high power dedicated graphics card.

 

2. Check and make sure you have the most current graphics card drivers.

@Pat Stanford  I checked and my computer only has one graphics card. I just downloaded the most current graphics card driver and it seems to be running a tiny bit faster but is still pretty slow on some things.

Please post the full specs of the Computer and Operating System.

 

Are you working in OpenGL? If so, what are your OpenGL options set at? If you have everything set to max it is likely to be slower and you may not need that for screen resolution while you are working.
