O on Z axis different coordinate on different design layers?

mabisbee

Question

So one design layer the O" Z axis is higher (on the z plane) than another design layer - why would this be? how to correct it without it reading as Z: 1" or Z: -1" to make them line up?

First image shows pipe leg sitting on 0" z axis

Second image shows floor at 1" z axis to touch bottom of leg
Third image shows floor at 0" z axis but not touching leg that is still at 0" z axis

Fourth image is both selected so re-emphasize which 3D objects
