Circuits are Gray when exported

Hey all. I've searched for this for about an hour and couldn't find anything that describes my problems. 
On my line diagrams, when I export the documents some of my circuits are graying out. They're still visible, just at about a half opacity. 

On my sheet layers, they all show up correctly and the same, but only shows when exporting to PDF or printing to paper. 

 

On the design layer all of the class information seems to be the same. One HDMI cable will show up, but another one just will show up as gray even when being apart of the same class, layer, and everything else I can think of. 

 

Any idea where I can look?
