Cloud Services not syncing

Hi all,

 

Since V9 my VW cloud service will not sync.

 

It's alternating between a list of pending files and a 'no internet connection' message. It's behind a proxy with the correct settings. Also the local folder and cloud folder should already match so it should be comparing and completing fast. There is almost no network activity with the app.

 

Previous version was working fine

It seems to be ok today... maybe there was an anomaly causing it. I will monitor it and update you

I'm having the same issue again. It worked for about 2 days and then started again.

We are planning to release a new version of the Vectorworks Cloud Services desktop app in a couple of days, which we would expect to fix this issue. I will let you know when it becomes available.

Update has installed. So far so good! 🙂
