Student license extension time?

Hello! I am a student lighting designer and I use Vectorworks to plot out all my shows. My license is set to expire in four days, and I am currently in the middle of a big show with hang and focus starting next week, I have tried to apply for an extension, and I have received no further information, how long does it usually take for extensions to be approved?
