Lack of memory message when exporting to DWG

I've tried exporting a Vectorworks file to DWG and get a 'One or more operations were aborted due to lack of memory' message. I can't understand why, as I have 16Gb ram and a 8Gb GRAPHICS CARD (wx5100) with an AMD Ryzen 9 CPU. I'm using VW 2021 (never had this issue with VW 2020).

 

I've gone through reinstalling the software to try and rid myself of this issue, but no dice. Is there something I need to do in preference for example to overcome this problem as the file isn't that large (40Mb only).

@Okpaku, There might be a problem with export of some object, which is wrongly reported in that way. Would you, please, send the document directly to me, so that I could analyze the issue?

@Nina Ivanova, I provide Tech Support for the NZ distributor of Vectorworks. I'm curious to know what turned out to be the issue here. Did you receive a file and determine a cause?

Yes, I received the document and confirmed, that the reported error is a false one. The problem was due to creation of a temporary symbol to represent the tile fills, but the name, which we tried to use for this symbol has been already taken. Failure to create the symbol was wrongly treated as lack of memory. As a workaround I proposed to Okpaku to not export tile fills, which worked for him.

 

Problem is already fixed for VW2021 SP4.
