JRE-AIA Posted February 9, 2002 Share Posted February 9, 2002 I've updated to 9.5. I have Architect w/ Landmark, and Renderworks. Now all Architect and Landmark menu items have a "not in plug in folder" after them. Update took place over v. 9.0.1. Mac OS 9.1. Quote Link to comment

Guest Posted February 11, 2002 Share Posted February 11, 2002 If you updated from the web installer, the VW 901 folder would have to be correct in order to proceed with the VW 9.5 installation. The web based installer simply copies VW 901 and updates the changes only. If there was a problem with a preferences set in VW 901, the problem will carry over to VW 9.5. I reccomend getting rid of VW 9.5 and VW 901. Install a fresh, clean version of VW 901. Ensure the plug-ins are working properly and the serial numbers are entered. Then run the wbe based installer for VW 9.5. Make sure the correct serial numbers are entered in the dialog box that prompts you for name, company, serial number for VW and RW. Also make sure the components for the appropriate product are check marked in the components installation dialog box. Once the installation is finished, you should be off to work in VW 9.5. JRE-AIA Posted February 13, 2002 Author Share Posted February 13, 2002 Thanks, Katie. I did a clean install of 9.0.1, then 9.5 and everything works. I left everything stock (line weights, preferences, workspaces) and I think that helped. I've now customized 9.5 and all seems to be working. Quote Link to comment
