Pad Site Modifier W/ Positive Slopes on all Sides

Hello, so I am working on a project for my site engineering class and on the site he is requiring us to place a fairly large building which he has instructed us to create positive drainage on all sides of the building to eventually run into a bioswale that we are required to include starting at the high point of the house. I can't figure out how to create a pad in the site modifer tools that achieve this effect. I was wondering if there is any workflows or workarounds that will help achieve what I am going for

That would require more than just a pad. You would need to use other modifiers to create the slope you would like along with modifiers to grade the overall water run to the bioswale. use grade lines, pads, and contour lines. If there are other hardscape and walls those also could be used.
