Turn Off Curser Datum

Recommended Posts

What do you mean by "cursor datum"?

The Datum point is a resettable point that the local measurements are made from on the cursor.  This can be turned off (at least so it does not change automatically) in the Snapping Settings (double click on any of the options in the Snaps palette) and then in the Smart Cursor Settings pane of the dialog box. If you end up needing it you can still manually force it by using the "G" key.

If this is not the datum you are talking about, you will need to clarify what you are trying to do.
